Your role:

As Centre Manager, you'll be stepping into a role where the foundation has already been laid for success. Were looking for a leader who can maintain the great reputation the centre has in the community and continue to guide this vibrant team. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Lead the way: Oversee the daily operations of the centre with confidence.
• Inspire young minds: Deliver a high-quality, child-centered learning experience.
• Foster a positive atmosphere: Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for children, staff, and families.
• Keep things running smoothly: Manage enrolments, create staff schedules, and handle administrative duties.
• Stay on top of standards: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Build strong connections: Nurture relationships with parents, caregivers, and the local community.
• Empower your team: Support the professional growth of your teaching team and help them shine.

What you bring:

• Proven leadership skills as a Centre Manager, with a knack for inspiring and guiding a diverse team.
• A Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Education and at least 3 years of experience in a Centre Manager role.
• A strong understanding of child-led learning approaches.
• Exceptional communication skills; you value and prioritise strong communication with both whanau and your team.
• A detail-oriented approach to managing admin tasks and maintaining compliance.
• A positive attitude and solution-based approach.
• A true passion for fostering a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
• Experience with ERO Reviews.
• You are currently living in New Zealand with the right to work.
