Who We're Looking For

• Level 7 or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (NZ qualifications recognised in Australia*)
• Eligible for VIT registration
• Prior experience in an Educational Leader or mentoring capacity preferred
• Passionate about early learning and open to a new adventure
• Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
