Our client is India's fastest-growing tech-enabled proprietary trading company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and Head Office.
 - Act as a Bridge between management and employee relations at Surat Location by addressing demands, Grievances, or other location-related issues.
 - Manage Location Hiring, Onboarding, and training as HR Business Partner.
 - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the Business Site.
 - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
 - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
 - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management activities across Locations.
 - Need to execute all engagement-related Initiatives driven by the Head Office Team across Locations.
 
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Education: MBA in HR / MSW / PGDBM, MA in Psychology
Experience:
- 4-6 Years of experience in HR Generalist Role.
 - Preference from Finance Sector
 
Knowledge and Skills:
- Hands-on with all Compliances
 - Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
 - Good multitasking, time management, and organisational skills.
 - Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
 - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
