About the job Engagement Manager

We are looking for an Engagement/Implementation Manager to work with our client that is disrupting the way enterprises consume B2B goods and services, and manage corporate spend.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and offer assistance throughout the implementation and integration phases.
  • Develop and execute an implementation strategy for each client, considering timelines, impacts, and risks.
  • Engage in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems.
  • Develop proposals for new systems, procedures, and/or processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact with subsidiary management and staff to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Undertake conversion and post-conversion activities, including product showcases and training sessions.
  • Overcome implementation obstacles and removing constraints that may hinder progress.
  • Utilizes various forms of tools and technology to deliver an unprecedented client experience.
  • Implements and enforces program practices that set proper expectations with clients and then delivers on those expectations.
  • Documents escalations and issues for future review.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Displays the ability to negotiate effectively in order to come up with amicable resolutions.
  • Shows excellent verbal and written communication skills; enunciates clearly and firmly while being empathetic to the needs of the client.
  • Proves that he or she can execute projects on time and within a budget as required.
