About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Pre-Sales Representative to join our international team on a project within the hospitality and vacation rental industry.

This freelance, part-time remote position focuses on lead prequalification, database management, and outbound outreach to homeowners interested in vacation rental opportunities. The role is ideal for professionals who enjoy client interaction, have strong communication skills, and thrive in organized, target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Prequalification

  • Assess and prequalify leads based on established criteria.
  • Ensure potential partners are a good fit for the client's platform.

Lead Assignment

  • Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Manager for further follow-up and conversion.

Database Management

  • Manage and maintain client-provided databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep records updated and organized.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Contact homeowners via outbound phone calls.
  • Explore their interest in partnering with the vacation rental platform.
  • Identify potential opportunities and encourage registration on the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • C2 level French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • C1 level of English verbal and written.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence conducting professional phone conversations.
  • Experience with warm and cold calling.
  • Ability to assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and database management tools.
  • Effective time management and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Sales Managers and other team members.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales, lead generation, telesales, or customer outreach is an advantage.

Working Hours (CET)

Monday: 10:00–12:30 and 16:00–18:00
Tuesday: 10:00–12:30 and 16:00–18:00
Wednesday: 10:00–12:30 and 16:00–18:00
Thursday: 10:00–12:30 and 16:00–18:00
Friday: 11:00–13:00

Total: 20 hours per week

Training

  • 4 hours of mandatory training.
  • Training will take place on June 22, 2026.
  • Training is unpaid.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable broadband internet connection (LAN/Ethernet connection required).
  • Desktop or laptop running Windows 11+ or macOS 13+.
  • Minimum 1.8 GHz processor.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Minimum 10 GB free disk space.
  • Wired USB headset.
