We are urgently looking for native English-speaking customer care Talents with upselling experience. To join our Talent Pool and 100% remote team, with an immediate opportunity to join our ongoing project in the hospitality industry.
The task is to receive inbound calls from existing customers and to sell and upsell travel packages in the USA.
We are looking for 4 hours of availability per day, from Monday- Friday between 14:00 - 21:00 EST and two weekends of availability per month.
We also have additional projects for you to join!
Our premium projects include Inbound Customer Care over the phone/e-mail/chat or Outbound Data Verification, Soft Lead Generation, Consulting, Survey taking, and Event Invitations in different industries.
Requirements:
- Outbound calls/leads generation in contact centers or other Sales experience is a
must (+ 2yrs experience)
- Strong user level of computing skills
- You speak native English with excellent oral and written
level
- You have excellent communication skills
- College or University Degree is also an advantage (but not a must)
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in meeting your goals
