Outbound Customer Care (Lead Generation) -Remote (Catalan)

We are looking for a Spanish Catalan Outbound Customer Care Talent to join us and start working on an Outbound Lead Generation & pre-sales project with us. It will require a minimum 30 hours per week availability (calls are to be made between 10:00 - 13:30 / 16:00 - 19:30 Monday through Friday alternating morning and afternoon shifts each day) from your side and will include cold calling over the phone to home owners renting out their properties. Earn more with every lead generated!

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Call Center Experience (Outbound)
• Experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
• Computing Skills- strong user level
• You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
• You have resilience and enjoy introducing a new benefitial opportunity for potential customers
• Catalan is your mother tongue language
• Good communication skills in English written and spoken
• College or University Degree is an advantage
