B2B Lead Reactivation Czech/Slovak

Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced cold callers fluent in Czech or Slovak to support a client in the industrial components distribution industry two hours per day. The focus is on lead engagement and generationnot direct sales. All tools and training are provided.

Compensation: 9/hour
Contract Type: Freelance (Home-based)
Work Hours: 10 hours/week, MonFri between 9:0017:00 CEST
Start Date: April 30, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound B2B calls to previous and potential leads
  
• Engage prospects to assess interest and generate quality leads
  
• Update CRM with detailed activity and forecasting data
  
• Coordinate with international teams to meet targets
  

What Youll Need:
Language Skills:

• Native-level fluency in Czech or Slovak
  
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
  

Tech Requirements:

• Stable broadband internet (LAN connection required)
  
• Desktop or laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 13+)
  
• Minimum specs: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
  
• Wired USB headset
  
• Monitor resolution of 1920x1080 preferred
  

Experience & Background:

• Previous experience in B2B, lead generation, or call centers
  
• Education in a commercial or sales-related field is a plus
