German-Speaking B2B Sales Professional Needed
We are seeking native German-speaking professionals with B2B sales or lead generation experience for an exciting new project, with training scheduled for the 6th of January of 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B calls to engage and develop hot and cold leads.
Identify and act on new business opportunities.
Strengthen client relationships through tailored solutions and consultations.
Maintain detailed customer records in CRM, including forecasts and activity tracking.
Collaborate with international teams to execute strategies and meet objectives.
Requirements-Technical
Internet:
Broadband connection (10 Mbps minimum).
Ethernet LAN connection.
Hardware:
Processor: 1.8 GHz+ (64-bit preferred).
RAM: 8 GB+.
Storage: 10 GB+ free.
Resolution: 1920x1080.
Wired USB headset.
Operating System:
Microsoft Windows 10 or later.
Education
Commercial education background preferred.
Relevant professional experience in call centers, inside sales, or B2B roles.
Languages
Native-level fluency in German.
Good written and spoken proficiency in English.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, business hours.
Minimum of 6 hours/day, 30 hours/week.
