We're a stealth-mode DeFi company building institutional-grade financial infrastructure. Founded by experienced operators with deep roots in traditional finance and blockchain engineering. Nearing mainnet launch with plans for a regulated business model.


The Role

We're looking for a Co-CEO to join as a third co-founder and the primary external face of the company — spanning legal, operations, product, and BD. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of traditional FX and DeFi.

You Will Own

• External leadership across investors, partners, regulators, and clients
• Legal and regulatory strategy across US, EU, and beyond
• Operational build-out from pre-launch through scale
• Product direction in partnership with the CTO
• BD across corporate treasury, DeFi protocols, and cross-border payments
• Co-leading fundraising and investor relations

You Should Have

• Deep FX, derivatives, or financial services experience
• Startup or early-stage leadership (co-founder / C-suite / GM)
• Working knowledge of DeFi and crypto regulatory landscapes
• Comfort in a small, fast-moving team months from launch
• Exceptional communication — you'll be the company's voice
• Based in US or Europe

Nice to Have

• Legal background or familiarity with financial regulation
• Network across institutional FX, prime brokerage, or DeFi
• Experience with token launches or regulated crypto ventures
