About the Role

Were looking for a Technical Product Manager to shape and drive the development of stablecoin and RWA tokenization products. This is a hands-on role collaborating with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams. Youll help bridge business goals with technical execution, support transparency systems, and integrate with smart contracts and oracles. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, token mechanics, and is comfortable operating in regulated, fast-evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for stablecoin and RWA tokenization products.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for blockchain and smart contract development.

  • Work closely with engineers to deliver token issuance, redemption, and reserve management systems.

  • Manage oracle integrations (e.g., Chainlink), proof-of-reserve, and transparency dashboards.

  • Collaborate with compliance/legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

  • Lead the product lifecycle, including testing, audits, and incident response.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management, technical program management, or software engineering in fintech, crypto, or DeFi.

  • Solid understanding of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-4626, etc.).

  • Experience with stablecoins, RWA tokenization, or digital asset custody/settlement.

  • Familiar with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and oracle integrations.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of APIs, RPCs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
