About the Role

We're looking for an EA + Operations lead to be the right hand to our founding team while building the operational backbone of the company as we scale our "Proof of Reality" platform. This is a hybrid role where you'll keep the founders focused on what matters most, while also owning the day-to-day processes that keep a fast-growing, technical team running smoothly.


What You'll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage founders' calendars, travel, and communications, acting as a gatekeeper to protect their time
  • Prepare briefing materials, decks, and agendas ahead of key meetings and investor calls
  • Track action items and follow-ups across leadership meetings to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion


Operations

  • Build and improve operational frameworks across finance, HR, legal, and facilities to support a growing team
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage contract lifecycles
  • Coordinate efforts for security certifications and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR)
  • Support end-to-end recruiting, employee onboarding, and team culture initiatives
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to increase engineering and research velocity


Requirements

  • 3+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or operations role, ideally within a high-growth startup
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable drafting emails and documents on behalf of leadership
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security compliance frameworks is a plus
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Deep experience with productivity tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace


Nice to Have

  • Experience in biometrics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or identity technology
  • A background in Web3 or fintech
  • A technical background or the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and research teams
