People that have been developed and nurtured to phenomenal success into achieving way beyond £1m billing. People that have risen to senior roles from within the business.
The practice focuses on hiring across multiple areas of the FS sector to C-level and will give you exposure to a diverse and wide exclusive client base as a platform to your continued success.
The consultancy has offices UK/US offices and is committed to growth via excellence delivered with emotional intelligence and forging trusted partners globally.
Who we would like to hear from...
Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 experience. Ideally knowledge of buy side markets or associated transferrable financial backgrounds (Emerging Markets | Commodities | PE | Credit | FX type exposure)
As a consultant with a degree of success, you will already have an solid understanding of what excellence needs to look like...We need a strong track-record of successful sourcing, business development, networking and huge ability to build strong relationships as expected.
- This will give you hybrid work day pattern from central London offices with no micromanagement
- A full expectation of you being able to manage your own diary time and see who you need to see to ensure your success.
