Job Summary/Purpose
The Retail Event Manager will oversee the production of all retail events, presentations, trunk shows, and special dinners, collaborating closely with the retail team to ensure each event aligns with the brands luxury standards.
Responsibilities

Event Conception and Realization: Lead all aspects of event planning and execution, collaborating with relevant functions to ensure seamless production.

Creative Brief Interpretation: Assist regional teams in understanding and implementing brand creative briefs, ensuring that all events reflect the brand identity.

Innovative Event Formats: Propose and develop new retail event concepts tailored to market needs in Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, and the Philippines, presenting proposals for alignment with HQ.

Event Management: Oversee all logistical elements of events, including venue selection, scheduling, budgeting, and supervising service activities such as catering, security, and logistics.

Budget Planning and Monitoring: Develop and manage event budgets in collaboration with local teams, ensuring adherence to financial plans and efficient use of resources.

Vendor Management: Continuously seek to optimize event execution by exploring new vendors and suppliers to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities within the region to inform event strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting: Produce comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports on organized events, analyzing outcomes to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail in event design and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in budget management and financial planning.
- Familiarity with the luxury market in Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
