Our client is a tier 1 luxury fashion brand that offers premium fashion & accessories. To cope with retail market recovery, they are currently looking for a structured and task oriented leader to serve as the Boutique Operations Manager in one of its flagship boutique in Hong Kong.


About the job:

  • Oversee the daily store operations and responsible for the overall store efficiency
  • Manage the after sales / customer care function
  • Lead, manage, and train Back of House team consisting of 5-10 staffs; offer on-the-job coach
  • Conduct Boutique Administration including reports and analysis
  • Coordinate and participate in events and represent the brand as a Brand Ambassador
  • Resolve customer complaint cases and ad hoc duties.
  • Inventory management
  • Plan, roll out, and review new retail projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in retail industry with 4 years at a store in-charge OR supervisory role with any luxury retailers
  • Communicative, systematic, and task oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good spoken Mandarin & English
  • Positive attitudes able to work with sales team from operation aspect
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
