Our client is leading lifestyle-focused rental accommodation brand in Hong Kong that offers beautifully designed and professionally managed private co-living spaces, studio bedrooms and luxury serviced suites in prime city locations. To cope with business expansions, they are currently seeking for service minded Community Ambassadors to join the team.

About the job: 

  • Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and represent the brand in all aspects
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for the residential community
  • Working with in-house teams to ensure the brand and its products and services are all coordinated to deliver the greatest possible customer experience
  • Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop relationships with all stakeholders
  • Be the go-to person for residents to resolving resident issues
  • Conducting property viewings to support leasing strategy
  • Handling daily property operations to ensure smooth experience
    

Requirements:

  • HKID holder is a must
  • Strong people skills - approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
  • 2 years of professional working experience with extensive time in customer-facing setting
  • Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation or co-working environments will be a plus
  • Experience in coordinating events will be a plus
  • Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crisis situations and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment
  • Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between a morning shift and an evening shift (9:30am-6:30pm or 11am-8pm /. Monday - Sunday. 5.5 work days a week, 9 hours shif)
