POSITION OVERVIEW

The Jewelry Sales Associate plays a vital role in representing the brand's craftsmanship, integrity, and personalized service. This position requires a polite, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys meaningful customer interactions, takes pride in presentation, and is comfortable working in a boutique family business environment. The role blends client service, sales, boutique operations, and light administrative support ideal for candidates seeking stability, refinement, and close mentorship in the jewelry field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with grace and professionalism.
  • Present jewelry pieces confidently with clear product and pricing explanations.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized communication and thoughtful follow-ups (via LINE Official).
  • Proactively reach out to past customers to share new arrivals, matching sets, or event invitations.
  • Cultivate trust with older, high-society clientele who value sincerity and attentiveness.

Store Operations

  • Open and prepare the boutique before 11:00 AM; ensure displays are clean and presentable.
  • Take merchandise out from the safe and arrange display cases with precision and care.
  • Perform daily inventory checks (approx. 100 pieces) and reconcile stock at closing.
  • Conduct Quality Control checks for new pieces.
  • Record daily sales reports and movement logs accurately.
  • Securely pack and store jewelry at day's end, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Manage stock of packaging materials (boxes, bags, wrapping) and coordinate reorders when needed.

Presentation & Brand Image

  • Maintain an elegant, well-groomed, and professional appearance aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Demonstrate good posture, polite speech, and warm manners at all times.
  • Represent the brand's values of humility, authenticity, and sophistication in every customer interaction.

Light Administrative & Product Support

  • Assist in content creation.
  • Update the boutique's internal product database as needed.
  • Support simple data entry or inventory documentation tasks (training provided).
  • Participate in boutique events and private showcases (23 times per year) at venues such as hotels, tradeshows, and other client gatherings.

Customer Relationship & Communication

  • Maintain friendly and proactive communication with VIP customers using LINE Official (one-on-one chats, not group broadcasting).
  • Remember key client preferences and anticipate their interests in new collections.
  • Demonstrate emotional maturity, discretion, and professionalism in all communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail; open to entry-level candidates with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Polished, humble, and emotionally balanced personality.
  • Comfortable with daily supervision and feedback in a family-style work environment.
  • Excellent service mindset and willingness to learn product details and sales etiquette.
  • Basic English ability preferred but not mandatory.
  • Computer literacy for data entry and basic image editing is an advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: THB 20,000 to 25,000/month (depending on experience).
  • Commission: On every sale
  • Bonus: Discretionary, typically during Chinese New Year.
