Your Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the full maintenance function at the Eastern Seaboard plant, ensuring equipment reliability, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities across production and utility systems, driving plant performance and supporting manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team to achieve optimal plant uptime and reliability.
  • Plan and manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance, repair, and modification work.
  • Control spare parts inventory and optimize cost, quality, and availability.
  • Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and CAPEX proposals.
  • Implement process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Support corporate programs such as LEAN, 5S, ISO, and Energy Conservation initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Solid communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on and proactive mindset.

Domain Experience

  • Manufacturing or industrial operations, ideally within plastics, masterbatch, or compounding sectors.
  • Exposure to multinational environments with structured maintenance systems and reliability programs.
