Your Role
As an Account Manager (Offshore), you'll be at the forefront of driving growth within the offshore energy sector. You'll take ownership of establishing new key accounts and nurturing existing ones while supporting teams to deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities
- Establish new customers and further develop them as key accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage existing key accounts, building long-term relationships and identifying further growth opportunities.
- Build networks and relationships across multiple levels to drive project penetration and ensure effective product demonstrations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide innovative and customer-centric solutions.
- Deliver value-added service to customers while ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing large projects, with a solid understanding of capture plans and the project management cycle.
- Strong technical background, able to understand complex technical concepts and create actionable plans.
- Proven experience in offshore energy projects, particularly within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective coordination between teams and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions in areas like pricing, application focus, and service offering.
- A proactive and communicative personality, with a customer-first mindset and ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet client and project needs.
