About the job ERP Transformation Lead (Manager)
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a well-established European manufacturing group operating a production site in Saraburi with approximately 500+ employees. The business supplies premium products to global markets and is currently strengthening its digital manufacturing capability as part of a group-wide ERP standardization program. The ERP platform has been selected and driven by Global IT in Europe.
The local site now requires a strong, hands-on leader to own, implement, and stabilize the system at the factory level.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
The ERP system has been selected at the global level and is being deployed locally. The factory has transactional users but no in-house ERP authority.
There is no dedicated local owner who can:
- Troubleshoot system logic
- Challenge configuration decisions
- Bridge factory operations and HQ IT
- Lead long-term ERP governance
- This role is created to fill that gap.
YOUR MISSION
You will act as the local ERP owner and transformation lead at the site level. You are not a passive coordinator. You are the person who understands the system deeply, translates business needs into ERP logic, and ensures the factory can operate confidently within a global platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ERP Implementation & Stabilization
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation at site level
- Oversee data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live
- Troubleshoot functional and system-level issues
- Ensure system integrity and performance
2. Bridge Between HQ and Factory
- Act as primary liaison between Global IT (Europe) and local teams
- Translate global templates into practical factory execution
- Escalate risks and propose structured mitigation plans
3. Business Process Alignment
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Map production, logistics, and inventory workflows into ERP configuration
- Ensure ERP supports real operational realities
4. Change & Capability Building
- Train and guide users beyond transactional usage
- Build internal ERP knowledge and governance
- Drive structured change adoption in a factory workforce
5. Future Digital Roadmap
- Identify MES integration requirements
- Support evaluation and future smart manufacturing initiatives
- Contribute to digital transformation planning
WHAT THIS ROLE IS

- Not a purely administrative project coordinator
- Not an IT infrastructure role

IDEAL PROFILE
Experience
- 5 to 8+ years in ERP implementation or functional leadership
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP platforms
- Full lifecycle ERP exposure, including go-live
- Manufacturing or factory environment background
Capability
- Strong understanding of production, logistics, and supply chain flows
- Able to troubleshoot configuration issues independently
- Confident working with international stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a cost-conscious manufacturing environment
Language
- Thai Native with strong English communication required
- Able to work directly with European HQ
