They support SME and mid-market customers across multiple industries, offering managed cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, workflow solutions, and emerging AI tools for automation and inspection. The company is expanding its digital capabilities and building a dedicated team to drive new growth in cloud and AI services.

YOUR ROLE

You will help build early traction for the company's cloud and AI services. The role combines business development, customer engagement, and solution positioning. You will work with technical teams to understand customer needs, shape proposals, and close opportunities. This role suits someone who enjoys selling practical technology solutions that deliver clear business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build a sales pipeline for cloud and AI services
  • Identify SME and mid-market customers and open new opportunities
  • Sell cloud migration, managed cloud services, DRaaS, backup solutions, and workflow tools
  • Position AI solutions such as automation, RAG-based applications, and AI-powered inspection tools
  • Conduct needs analysis and turn requirements into clear solution proposals
  • Coordinate with engineers and presales teams for demos, POCs and technical checks
  • Provide weekly updates, market insights, and customer feedback
  • Support early-stage go-to-market development for the cloud and AI service line

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in cloud, SaaS, digital solutions or IT managed services
  • Strong engagement with SME or mid-market customers
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Strong communication skills and consultative approach
  • Comfortable working in a developing business unit with evolving processes
  • Thai and English proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure or other cloud ecosystems
  • Experience with cloud migration, DR, or backup solutions
  • Exposure to AI products such as automation, RAG, or computer vision
  • Presales experience with interest in a sales role
