About the job Operations & Admin Manager (Global Fitness Leader)
As the first core back-office employee for a world-renowned fitness brands entry into the Thailand market, you will be the architect of our local foundation. Reporting directly to the International Headquarters, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, establishing our presence from the ground up.We are seeking a senior professional with 5-8 years of experience and mature, independent thinking skills to navigate the complexities of a major market launch.
The Mission
You will serve as the strategic lead for all local setup activities, ensuring the company's best interests are secured as we scale.
- Launch Leadership: Act as the primary liaison with local landlords and contractors to transform HQ vision into operational reality.
- Project Command: Oversee the full lifecycle of office and club development, from initial renovation monitoring to long-term workplace management.
- Financial Stewardship: Serve as the core financial interface, managing everything from tax compliance and accounting firm collaboration to daily expenditure audits.
- Infrastructure & Compliance: Build a robust vendor ecosystem and draft the inaugural Thailand Employee Handbook in collaboration with legal experts.
- Legal Liaison: Translate complex legal and professional advice into actionable proposals for executive decision-making.
- Team Development: Lead the initial screening and mentorship for the administrative team that will support our growth.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in operations, HR, general affairs, or finance support.
- Experience: 5–8 years of management experience with a proven track record of working independently in dynamic, "startup-style" environments.
- Language Mastery: Native fluency in Thai with professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage and will be prioritized.
- Mindset: You are a "fixer" and a builder who thrives on taking ownership of high-stakes projects.
