Job Purpose

To partner with business units by understanding their needs and delivering Branding, Advertising, and Merchandising strategies that align with the Banks goals and enhance its brand image. This role serves as a specialist in customer engagement through marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in overall customer engagement through marketing.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day marketing requirements for various stakeholders by understanding briefs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Support Branches Management with their marketing and communications needs.
  • Execute marketing communication strategies to improve awareness, perception, visibility, and competitive advantage in line with the Banks SOPs.
  • Coordinate daily with external suppliers advertising agencies, media partners, etc.to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials within budget.
  • Coordinate approvals and installation of branding elements across the Banks physical locations, including branches and ATMs.
  • Ensure all advertising and branding complies with established guidelines and is consistently implemented across all platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining and tracking the annual marketing budget, as approved by senior management.
  • Manage financial reporting and ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Head of Marketing Services.

Job Specification

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelors degree in Marketing

Work Experience

  • 4-6 years of specialist experience in marketing communications
