Role Overview
Talents Tide is supporting one of its clients in the search for an experienced Manager – Training to lead the design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. This role plays a key strategic part in supporting organizational objectives through effective training interventions and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategies

Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps

Develop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budget

Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs

Partner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI
-
Coach and support managers and leaders in developing their teams
-
Measure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reports
-
Lead onboarding and employee orientation programs
-
Leverage LMS, e-learning platforms, and learning technologies
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
-
Drive employee engagement through learning and development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Masters preferred)
-
4–6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role
-
Experience delivering training in a multicultural environment
-
L&D, CIPD, Coaching, or NLP certifications are an advantage
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies

Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Analytical, results-driven, and innovative mindset
