Senior Project Manager

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager- Arabic speaker on behalf of its semi government client in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with approved project management methodology and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and ethical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP Certification (mandatory or highly preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably IT-enabled or digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be an Arabic speaker
