Provide technical support.
Review & coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC and contract documents.
Experience in material submittals in accordance with regulation, green building code & Dubai code.
Has Contracting experience not less than 8 years.
Has UAE experience.
Coordinate between Architecture, structure, MEP and other dis.
Review and coordinate all subcontractors drawings and material submittals.
Able to produce rebar shop drawings and arrange BBS.
Stronge in structure to rectify / found design mistakes.
Resolve design issue.
Sound in Contractually.
Feed QS / Commercial team with any changes.
Able to lead the team from engineers, architects and draftsmen.
Coordinate issues before reaching to construction team and solve problems.
Strong in UAE codes and regulations.
Coordinate all subcontractors for engineering works.
Strong in shop drawings and materials logs and can prepare it for the project.
Professional in AutoCAD.
To have a knowledge of BIM / Revit.
Experience in BBS and rebar is a MUST
