Position Overview:

Talents Tide is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the VP-Enterprise Architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's enterprise architecture strategy to support our business objectives and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that align with our long-term goals and drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy for Talents Tide, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead and manage a team of enterprise architects to ensure the successful execution of the architecture strategy.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into architectural requirements.

- Drive the development and maintenance of the company's enterprise architecture framework, including technology standards, policies, and procedures.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the company's technology landscape and improve business operations.

- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the company's technology infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.

- Ensure that all technology solutions are aligned with industry best practices and comply with regulatory requirements.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives and provide recommendations for risk management.

- Develop and manage the enterprise architecture budget, including resource allocation and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, and Agile.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enterprise architecture strategies.

- Extensive experience in leading and managing a team of enterprise architects.

- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their applications in enterprise architecture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technology issues.

- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
