Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Partnerships Executive role to expand the reach of
myAster's digital healthcare offerings across insurers, brokers, corporates, and
government-linked entities in the UAE.
This role is focused on opening doors, building strategic relationships, and driving
commercial partnerships for services such as video consultations, chronic care programs,
preventive health packages, and corporate wellness solutions.
The ideal candidate is well-connected locally, understands the UAE business landscape, and
can independently generate and convert partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development & Pipeline Creation
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across insurers, TPAs, brokers, corporates, and
government entities
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities
- Prospect through networking, events, referrals, and direct outreach
2. Market Access & Relationship Building
- Leverage local networks to unlock new opportunities
- Establish myAster as a credible digital health partner in the UAE
- Build long-term strategic relationships
3. Commercial & Solutioning Support
- Work with internal teams to create customized offerings
- Support proposals, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Align solutions with partner needs
4. Brand Representation
- Represent myAster at industry events and meetings
- Position the brand as a leader in digital healthcare
5. Internal Collaboration
- Work with product, medical, marketing, and operations teams
- Provide market feedback to refine offeringsCandidate Profile
Must-Have
- UAE National (Emirati) preferred
- Strong local network
- 4 plus years' experience in partnerships/business development
- Healthcare/insurance/wellness experience preferred
- Proven ability to build senior-level relationships
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to digital health or telemedicine
- Experience with insurers, brokers, or corporates
