Talents Tide is seeking a qualified and driven Corporate Excellence Specialist to join a leading government-related entity in the UAE.

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of institutional excellence frameworks, quality systems, and performance management practices aligned with Dubai Government Excellence Program standards and international best practices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding a culture of excellence, supporting self-assessments, performance monitoring, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Implement and support quality management systems and institutional excellence frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Government Excellence Program requirements and related standards.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute organizational self-assessments and develop improvement action plans to address performance gaps.

  • Prepare and review excellence award submission files and ensure alignment with assessment criteria.

  • Coordinate internal nominations and prepare employees and teams for participation in excellence awards.

  • Conduct benchmarking studies and recommend best practices aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Analyze periodic excellence reports, identify challenges, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Participate in internal and external excellence assessments and quality audits.

  • Review and evaluate processes, procedures, and operational methodologies and propose improvement initiatives.

  • Support the development of stakeholder happiness measurement tools and KPIs.

  • Conduct workshops and awareness sessions to promote excellence culture and continuous improvement concepts.

  • Ensure adherence to information security, confidentiality, health, safety, and environmental policies.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Provide periodic and on-demand data analysis to support leadership decision-making.

  • Monitor institutional KPIs and report performance deviations.

  • Identify operational risks that may impact strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Institutional Excellence, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate excellence, quality management, or organizational development.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of institutional excellence frameworks and quality management systems.

  • Familiarity with Dubai Government Excellence Program standards and assessment methodologies.

  • Experience in self-assessment models and performance evaluation tools.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Ability to conduct benchmarking and process improvement initiatives.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
