We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Consultant – Freezones to support the successful coordination and implementation of strategic projects across Freezones, government entities, and key stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination, stakeholder management, policy development, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic government or semi-government environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Freezones, government entities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to assigned projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and milestones are achieved.
- Act as a key point of contact for policies, procedures, complaints, mandates, and council-related communications.
- Organize meetings, events, workshops, and training sessions related to Freezone Council activities.
- Follow up on ongoing and incoming projects, working closely with assigned task forces to ensure successful delivery.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, resolutions, and process improvements.
- Provide expert input on customer journey mapping, customer experience, service delivery channels, complaints, and suggestions.
- Prepare accurate periodic and annual reports for senior leadership, boards, committees, and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain council databases, files, and information systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting Freezone operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Project management focus.
- 3-6 years of project management experience with government bodies and relationship.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in project coordination, government relations, policy development, operations, or stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of Freezone, government, or public sector environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, reporting, presentation, and follow-up skills.
