Manager – Branding (UAEN) | Consumer Insights Senior Manager

Role Overview

The Manager – Branding will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, insight-led branding and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, trust, and engagement across UAE audiences, with a strong focus on Emirati communities. The role acts as a culturally aligned brand representative, ensuring all communications and campaigns are locally relevant, impactful, and aligned with national values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated branding and marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on enhancing brand awareness, trust, and engagement.
  • Ensure all brand messaging and communications are culturally aligned and resonate with Emirati and UAE audiences.
  • Drive initiatives to improve brand perception, visibility, and community trust.
  • Plan and manage brand campaigns including awareness initiatives, launches, events, and community engagement programs.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including government entities, partners, and community groups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operational, and corporate) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage external agencies (PR, creative, digital, media) to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Oversee PR content, press releases, and communication materials ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Lead digital and social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with brand values and employee engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify insights and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, brand impact, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain annual brand and marketing plans aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in branding and marketing roles.
  • Strong experience in full marketing mix: brand management, digital marketing, communications, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, social media strategy, PR, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of UAE market and cultural sensitivity (UAEN preferred).
