Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals

Identify new markets and potential client segments
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Provide exceptional customer service and tailored client solutions
Lead Generation & Market Research

Identify and convert leads into business opportunities

Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities

Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks
Sales Performance & Reporting

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Track KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management
Negotiation & Deal Closure

Lead client meetings and product demos

Drive deal negotiations and present proposals
Team Collaboration

Support marketing and cross-functional teams

Mentor junior team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors in Business Administration or related field

2-3 years of experience in event planning and management

Strong communication and client relationship skills

CRM system proficiency

Certified Sales Professional is a plus

Knowledge of the local market and industry network is an advantage
