About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts at a leading cybersecurity company in Abu Dhabi. This senior leadership position is open exclusively to Emirati candidates and will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence across government and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
• Report sales performance and market insights to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.

Requirements

• Emirati citizenship is mandatory
• Proven track record in senior sales roles, preferably in cybersecurity or related IT sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products and market landscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Ability to travel within UAE and regionally as required.
