This role focuses on evaluating and supporting key capital investment initiatives and strategic partnerships that align with the emirates fiscal vision and public service objectives.

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Client: A Government Entity in Ajman
Department: Government Budget Management Financial Planning Section
Grade: Level 4
Experience Required: 6+ years
Nationality: Arab nationals preferred
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or Finance specialization

Key Responsibilities:

Project Evaluation

  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies on capital and partnership-related initiatives.

  • Analyze projected returns and financial frameworks to guide strategic investment decisions.

Reporting & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare detailed reports based on financial analysis and study findings.

  • Consolidate and interpret financial and operational data for management decision-making.

  • Develop financial models for ROI and profitability estimation.

Partnership Management

  • Support collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

  • Assess partner performance and recommend process improvements.

  • Maintain effective relationship management across external and internal stakeholders.

Market Monitoring & Strategy

  • Track market dynamics, economic trends, and competitive developments.

  • Provide strategic insights to guide the planning and positioning of government-led capital initiatives.

Policy and Framework Development

  • Review existing laws, policies, and partnership frameworks for improvement opportunities.

  • Assist in developing and refining business models related to public-private engagements.

  • Workplace: Office-based with some field activity as needed

  • Work Hours: Standard government schedule

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support operational goal setting and performance reporting.

  • Participate in planning sessions and improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to training needs analysis and department capacity building.
