About the Role
As a Senior Learning Designer, you will play a key role in developing engaging, evidence-based learning solutions for faculty, healthcare professionals, and the broader community. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, consult with stakeholders, and ensure all educational solutions meet national and international standards, including CAA and CPD requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Design, develop, and implement strategic learning experiences aligned with institutional goals.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to collaborate on the creation of educational content.
- Create engaging learning materials using multimedia tools (e.g., scripting, audio, and video production).
- Pilot and evaluate learning experiences to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Implement structured feedback mechanisms to monitor success and learner engagement.
- Develop educational policies through benchmarking and research to align with global best practices.
- Facilitate and deliver learning experiences to optimize knowledge retention and learner satisfaction.
- Consult with faculty and staff on curriculum development and teaching strategies.
- Contribute to internal educational research initiatives and academic program development.
- Ensure alignment with CAA, CPD, and other relevant regulatory and accreditation bodies.
What we're Looking For
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology.
- 35 years of experience in roles such as Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, Course Developer, Facilitator, or Educator.
- Proven ability to lead projects, develop content, and apply instructional design best practices.
- Experience in healthcare or higher education settings is a strong advantage.
