We're Hiring: Senior Sales Executive Dubai (Full-Time, On-Site)

Are you a driven sales professional with a technical background? We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai and play a key role in driving business growth and building long-term client relationships.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: 8 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Present and demonstrate services effectively to potential clients
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market and client feedback to marketing and product teams
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
  • Attend client meetings regularly (daily/weekly), both in-office and offsite
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours during major project phases (subject to approval)

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally with a technical focus
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, CRM tools)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
