Talents Tide is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager Rewards and Payroll on behalf of a reputable Dubai government entity. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits, gained in either the public or private sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with UAE labor laws.

Develop and manage compensation structures, allowances, and incentive programs.

Implement effective reward strategies to enhance talent retention and performance.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Audit teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Monitor market benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, or related field (advanced degrees/certifications preferred).

68 years of experience in payroll and compensation management.

Proficiency in payroll systems and understanding of UAE labor law.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
