Talents Tide is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager Rewards and Payroll on behalf of a reputable Dubai government entity. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits, gained in either the public or private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Develop and manage compensation structures, allowances, and incentive programs.

• Implement effective reward strategies to enhance talent retention and performance.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Audit teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor market benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, or related field (advanced degrees/certifications preferred).

• 68 years of experience in payroll and compensation management.

• Proficiency in payroll systems and understanding of UAE labor law.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
