Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Executive Research & Insights for a Dubai government entity to manage customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experience across events, tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute customer and tenant satisfaction surveys using tools like Qualtrics.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support business decisions.

• Prepare clear and insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Coordinate survey fieldwork and onsite activities.

• Maintain accurate research databases and archives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or consumer insights roles
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and survey platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
