About the job Manager- Revenue

We are seeking a Revenue Monitoring Department Manager for our client, Ajman Government.

Location: Ajman 

The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing and optimizing revenue collection processes across government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coordination with government entities for revenue collection and approve the annual revenue monitoring plan.

  • Review financial performance reports and recommend actions to improve the collection of outstanding debts.

  • Supervise the collection of government revenues from taxes and concessions.

  • Approve forecasting models for short-, medium-, and long-term revenue projections.

  • Manage the classification and coding system for assets, materials, and services.

  • Oversee the publishing of approved government services on the Government Fees Portal.

  • Verify and approve invoices from Smart Payment Gateway partners, ensuring accurate fund transfers and reconciliations.

  • Maintain and monitor bank guarantees related to Smart Payment Gateway contracts.

  • Ensure the smooth operation and issue resolution for the government revenue portal.

General Tasks:

  • Approve and regularly update operational procedures, KPIs, training, leave, and risk management plans.

  • Evaluate staff performance and align departmental goals with strategic objectives.

  • Prepare and maintain the departments SWOT analysis, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
