Job Summary

Talents Tide is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner on behalf of a prominent Dubai government entity. This role is ideal for a UAE National with solid HR generalist experience and a passion for driving organizational performance through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders on employee relations, talent management, and policy implementation.

• Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.

• Analyze HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Support change management, training, and development initiatives.

• Ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati with Family Book).

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Previous government sector experience is a plus.
