Job Purpose:

Lead the strategic planning and management of Risk & Support Functions Technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of platforms like IFRS9, Basel III, GRC, RPA, and more to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management: Oversee Risk & Support platforms (IFRS9, ALM, Basel III, Fraud Management, GRC, SharePoint, RPA, etc.).
  • Engineering Delivery: Lead large-scale transformational programs within Risk & Support domains.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between Risk/Support platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Risk, Legal, Audit, HR, and vendors (SAS, Oracle, FIS) to implement best practices.
  • Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, deliver projects on time/budget, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
  • Experience:

    • 12+ years in banking IT, with expertise in Risk Management Platforms (Credit Risk, Basel III, ALM, etc.).
    • Proven track record in application management and vendor collaboration (SAS, Oracle, FIS).
  • Technical Skills:

    • Risk platforms (IFRS9, Basel III, GRC), RPA, BPM, SharePoint.
    • Banking regulations and compliance.
  • Soft Skills: Stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, leadership (10+ team management).
