Job Description:
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively create memorable customer interactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers by offering directions, answering questions, and performing center-specific duties.
- Respond to visitors' inquiries about facilities, events, and general information about Dubai.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of services, stores, events, and exhibitions.
- Instruct and assign personnel to operations as needed, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Verify that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate department activities with other departments for seamless customer service.
- Assist in developing and executing Customer Care programs.
- Regularly update internal directories for departments and outlets.
- Conduct daily reception and surrounding area checklists to enhance customer experience.
- Report and follow up on facility issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and collect feedback to improve services.
- Maintain professional communication with all visitors and customers.
- Promote products and events during customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
Operating Environment:
- Primarily office-based role, with a mix of administrative and on-ground responsibilities.
- May require working extended hours.
- Expected to lead teams and interact directly with customers on-site.
Education:
- Intermediate level education or equivalent certification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in customer service.
- Proficient in:
- EBMS (Event Business Management Software)
- Oracle Applications
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Trained in:
- Telephone Etiquette
- Customer Service
