Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Emirati)

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-depth market research, professional networking, and direct outreach (e.g., cold calling and visits).
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and strategic partnerships.
  • Present and professionally demonstrate the entitys services and offerings to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and business development targets as set by the department.
  • Provide strategic feedback and actionable insights to the marketing and service development teams based on client needs and market trends.
  • Manage the entire sales and engagement lifecyclefrom initial contact through negotiation to post-sale client support.

Operating Environment

  • Role requires both in-office and fieldwork; flexibility in working hours is essential.
  • Frequent client meetings are expected on a daily or weekly basis depending on project scope.
  • The role may expand during major projects and strategic initiatives, subject to managerial approval.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience in a relevant industry may also be considered.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably with a technical background.
  • Experience dealing with government or large-scale projects is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT literacy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
