Job Title: Manager Core Banking Integration & Reporting Technologies

This role will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of all aspects of Temenos Core banking Integration framework

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define deployment architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) for Temenos Transact. Optimize Temenos Transact/T24 performance (DB tuning, caching, clustering). Work with Temenos Microservices Architecture (TMA) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for T24.
  2. Design and optimize Temenos Transact/T24 batch jobs (COB, EOD, EOM, EOY processes). Configure Temenos Batch Framework (TCIB, TSA) for high-volume transaction processing. Automate file ingestion/export (SFTP, AWS S3, Azure Blob) for reconciliations and reporting. Debug failed batches, analyze logs, and implement recovery mechanisms
  3. Design, develop, and maintain real-time and batch interfaces between Temenos T24 and external systems (e.g., Payment Hubs, SWIFT, ERP, CRM, Regulatory Reporting). Configure Temenos Integration Framework (TIF) components (IRIS, Interaction Framework, TAFC/TAFJ).
  4. Implement SOAP/REST APIs, IBM MQ, Kafka, and file-based integrations (ISO 20022, CSV, XML).
  5. Lead integration workstreams in Temenos implementation/migration projects. Define best practices for interface development, error handling, and logging. Conduct code reviews for Temenos BASIC routines, Java services (TAFJ), and integration components.
  6. Collaborate with infrastructure teams on middleware (IBM MQ, Apache Kafka) and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
  7. Conducting a business requirement study and suggesting best practice methodologies to satisfy end user requirements and implement an efficient solution.
  8. Co-ordinate with Vendors, IT and Business for implementation of initiative, process and systems. Carry out post implementation review of the system, suggest modifications based on user feedback.

Job Specification

Education

  • Minimum, Bachelor Degree in IT / Business

Work Experience

  • Min 6+ years in Information Technology
  • Must have hands on experience in implementing Temenos Transact Core Banking Platform on Integration Layer, Interfaces, Architecture and Transact Environment management
