We are seeking a qualified Emirati professional to fill the position of Manager Financial Resources Development for our client, the Department of Finance Government of Ajman. This strategic leadership role is key to driving the emirates financial sustainability and enhancing government revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead studies to diversify public revenues, economic incentives, and government fees/fines.

• Oversee financial forecasting and the governments annual cash plan.

• Manage government borrowing processes and unified treasury accounts.

• Review and support public-private partnership projects aligned with strategic goals.

• Supervise bank account operations across government entities.

• Develop and monitor team performance and departmental KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati citizenship required)

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of government finance, revenue systems, and economic planning

• Location: Ajman, UAE
