Role Overview

Seeking an experienced senior leader to head the Red Team operations at a leading cybersecurity firm in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strategic oversight and hands-on expertise in offensive security to safeguard critical national infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage red team engagements and offensive security initiatives.
• Develop and implement adversary emulation strategies aligned with national security goals.
• Collaborate with defense teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Mentor and grow an Emirati red team workforce.
• Report to executive and government stakeholders with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Emirati citizenship mandatory.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, including leadership in red teaming/offensive security.
• Deep knowledge of offensive tools and frameworks (e.g., Cobalt Strike, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Relevant certifications preferred (OSCP, OSEP, CRTO).
• Eligible for UAE government security clearance.
