Industry Preference: Aviation / Airlines (Big 4 experience is a plus)

Are you a passionate L&D leader with a vision for modern, strategic learning? We're looking for a Senior Manager of Learning & Development to drive impactful growth across our organization by aligning learning strategies with business objectives and elevating talent capabilities to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a holistic learning strategy that supports company-wide goals
• Develop function-specific and job family-based development programs
• Lead and implement cutting-edge leadership development initiatives
• Align learning initiatives with departmental and organizational strategies
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to transform learning experiences
• Collaborate across departments to foster a strong learning culture

What We're Looking For

• A proven L&D leader with strong strategic and execution experience
• Passion for modern learning methodologies and technology integration
• Experience in aviation or airlines is highly preferred
