Job Title: Manager Core Banking Assets Products Technologies

Job Purpose
This role will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of all aspects of Temenos Core Banking Lending (Assets) Products Framework.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Product Configuration
Responsible for asset product configurations in Temenos Transact/T24 system, including:
- End-to-end setup of lending products using AA (Arrangement Architecture)
- Configuration of loan types: Term Loans, Revolving Credit, Syndicated Loans, Islamic Murabaha/Ijara
- Definition of product conditions: interest rates, fees, repayment schedules, prepayment penalties
- Implementation of collateral management: pledges, liens, LTV ratios
Loan Lifecycle Management
Responsible for managing the entire loan lifecycle in Temenos Transact/T24, from origination to closure:
- Configure workflows for loan disbursement, servicing, restructuring, and write-offs
- Amortization & Accruals: Set up PRINCIPAL/INTEREST accounting (e.g., straight-line, declining balance)
- Delinquency Management: Define NPA (Non-Performing Asset) workflows and provisioning rules (e.g., IFRS9)
Expertise in Temenos Transact/T24 Lending Modules
- Deep knowledge of LD (Lending), AA (Arrangement Architecture), CO (Collateral), LIM (Loan IQ Migration)
- Customizations: Write/enhance Temenos BASIC routines for business logic
- Integrations: Work with Payment Hubs, Credit Bureaus, Rating Agencies
- Troubleshooting: Debug batch job failures, accounting mismatches, and COB issues
Business Requirement Analysis
- Conduct business requirement studies
- Suggest best practice methodologies to satisfy end user requirements
- Implement efficient, practical solutions
Project Coordination and Post-Implementation Review
- Coordinate with vendors, IT, and business teams for system and process implementations
- Carry out post-implementation reviews
- Suggest modifications based on user feedback
Additional Responsibilities
- All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 to 8 years in Information Technology
- Must have hands-on techno-functional experience in implementing Temenos Transact Assets Lending Product Lifecycle Management
- Experience in Project Management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, BMC, MS Project, etc.
