Talents Tide is hiring a senior leader to oversee Community Management, including Master Community Handover, Defects Liability Period (DLP), and Quality Assurance (QA) across large-scale developments. The role ensures contractual compliance, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience during asset handover and post-handover phases.

This individual will guide the Community Management team through technical documents, manuals, and drawings, and support in tracking and resolving defects during the DLP in coordination with construction contractors — areas not typically covered by standard community management functions.

A dedicated handover professional is required to bridge the gap between the construction/project team and the operational team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structured and compliant master community handovers to Community Management (DHCM).
  • Oversee snagging, inspections, and QA processes using digital systems.
  • Manage DLP activities end-to-end, ensuring SLA compliance and timely defect resolution.
  • Track, escalate, and resolve disputed or overdue defects with contractors.
  • Implement quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive automation and process optimization within DLP workflows.
  • Coordinate closely with Projects, Contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and amenities.
  • Monitor defect rectification budgets and manage infrastructure-related risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years experience in developer-side community management, asset handover, DLP, or QA within large residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Developer experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, technical drawings, contract management, and SLA governance.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in digital handover and asset management systems.
