Position: SOC Manager (Emirati)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Our client, a leading Cybersecurity Company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead and manage Security Operations Center functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily SOC operations and cybersecurity monitoring activities

Manage incident detection, response, escalation, and resolution processes

Oversee SIEM platforms, threat intelligence, and security tools

Develop SOC procedures, playbooks, and reporting frameworks

Lead and mentor SOC analysts and engineers

Ensure SLA compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients on security incidents

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and risk updates

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity / SOC experience

Previous team leadership or managerial experience

Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, threat detection, incident response

Experience in regulated / enterprise environments preferred

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIA, GCIH are an advantage
