About the job Administrator – Facilities & Hospitality Management
Talents Tide is hiring for a government entity client in Dubai to support facilities and hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily facilities and hospitality operations

Handle FM-related calls, emails, logs, and issue follow-ups

Coordinate with security, cleaning, and building management
-
Support HSE activities, audits, and compliance requirements
-
Manage visitor hospitality, supplies, and inventory
-
Provide general administrative support (access cards, stationery, parking, calls)
-
Prepare basic reports and operational updates
Requirements:
-
Secondary School qualification
-
Minimum 2 years experience in Facilities or Hospitality Management
-
UAE government or semi-government experience preferred
-
Knowledge of HSE and FM standards
-
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
