Talents Tide is hiring for a government entity client in Dubai to support facilities and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily facilities and hospitality operations

  • Handle FM-related calls, emails, logs, and issue follow-ups

  • Coordinate with security, cleaning, and building management

  • Support HSE activities, audits, and compliance requirements

  • Manage visitor hospitality, supplies, and inventory

  • Provide general administrative support (access cards, stationery, parking, calls)

  • Prepare basic reports and operational updates

Requirements:

  • Secondary School qualification

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Facilities or Hospitality Management

  • UAE government or semi-government experience preferred

  • Knowledge of HSE and FM standards

  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
